ICC World Cup 2011-India, SriLanka and Bangladesh Winner : India Final Man of The Match : MS Dhoni (India) Tenth ODI Cricket World Cup was played in three countries : India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh between 14 International Teams. England, India, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indias,Zimbabwe, South Africa, Bangladesh, Canada, Kenya, Netherlands and Ireland participated for the 10th Cricket World Cup tournament. Total 49 games were played at 13 different venues of India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.  The best World Cup of all time resulted in favour of India. Indian skipper MS Dhoni played a masterful captain's innings to steer his side to World Cup success after long interwals of 28 years. Kapil Dev and his men first lifted world cup at Lord's in 1983. In the final match skipper MS Dhoni(91*) and Gambhir(97) lead India to World Cup glory in style. MS Dhoni (India) was man of the match for his match winning of 91* runs of 78 balls. 9th Cricket World Cup - 2007

ICC World Cup 2007 - West Indies Winner : Australia Final Man of The Match : Adam Gilchrist (Australia) Ninth ODI Cricket World Cup was played in West Indies between 16 International Teams. England, India, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indias,Bermuda, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Bangladesh, Canada, Kenya, Netherlands, Scotland and Ireland participated for the 9th Cricket World Cup tournament. Total 51 games were played at 8 different venues of West Indies. This was the first World Cup to feature Powerplays. Australia won World Cup title three in a row (Hat-trick) in the West Indies, in an overlong tournament marred by mismanagement and tragedy. In a final match, Australian wicket-keeper batsman Adam Gilchrist with remarkable batting led Australia to win over Sri Lanka by 53 runs (D/L method). Adam Gilchrist was man of the match for his extra-ordinery inning of 149 runs of just 104 balls and 3 victims behind wickets. ICC World Cup 2003 - South Africa Winner : Australia Final Man of The Match : Ricky Ponting (Australia) Eighth ODI Cricket World Cup was played in three countries : South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya between 14 International Teams. England, India, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, West Indias, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Bangladesh, Canada, Kenya, Netherlands and Namibia participated for the 8th Cricket World Cup tournament. Total 52 games were played at 15 different venues of South Africa, Zimbabwe and Kenya.  Australia under Ricky Ponting Captaincy crush all in their path on the way and clinch their third World Cup title and second in a row. In the final match Australia with Ricky Ponting's tremendous batting registered thumping win over India by huge margins of 125 runs. Australian skipper Ricky Ponting was man of the match for his superb 140* runs with 8 massive sixes and 4 fabelous fours. ICC World Cup 1999 - England Winner : Australia Final Man of The Match : Shane Warne (Australia) Seventh ODI Cricket World Cup was played in England between 12 International Teams. England, India, New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, West Indias, South Africa, UAE, Kenya and Neterlands participated for the 7th Cricket World Cup tournament. Total 42 games were played at 21 different venues of England. The players as previous world cup wore coloured clothing, with names on the back.  The fourth World Cup in England, with Super Sixes rounds for the first time won by Australia with consistent performances in tournament. This was Australia's 2nd World Cup title. In Final match Australia beat Pakistan by 8 wickets (with 179 balls remaining) in 20.1 overs. Shane Warne (Australia) was man of the match for his 4 wickets spending 33 runs in his 9 overs.
